Inspired by Langston Hughes’ Mother to Son, The Crystal Stair is a support initiative that allows anyone to sponsor coaching and strategy sessions for survivors rebuilding their lives after trauma.

This isn’t a charity project.

This is an invitation to help someone keep climbing.

Help a survivor move from survival mode to a concrete plan.

Your $147 sponsorship funds a personalized strategy & advocacy session where Third Life Consulting develops a complete action plan for a survivor and, when needed, makes calls or sends emails on her behalf.

This strategy package includes:

A written, step‑by‑step plan tailored to her situation
Support letters, emails, or calls to agencies, schools, or courts
Hands‑on guidance to reduce overwhelm and keep her case moving

By sponsoring this package, you’re covering the “hard paperwork” that survivors often can’t do alone, turning her goals into an actionable path forward.
