I don’t provide therapy. I offer peer support, systems navigation, and trauma-informed strategy based on both lived experience and professional training. If you need licensed mental health care, I can help connect you — but if you’re looking for someone who understands the in-between, that’s where I show up best.

Yes. Everything discussed in 1:1 coaching is confidential. We are not mandatory reporters unless required by law (e.g., immediate threat of harm to self or others). We prioritize your emotional safety and privacy above all else.

Yes. I offer staff training, program development, and survivor-centered consulting for teams who want to improve how they serve people impacted by trauma, violence, or injustice. I also contract with licensed professionals who need peer or PSR support for their clients.
